Employer Brand Manager / Head of HR brand

Nexign is a large international IT company, providing software for the telecom operators, employing over 1600 professionals worldwide. In order to support our global expansion efforts we are currently looking for an experienced Employer Brand Manager / Head of HR brand. Position is located in Saint-Petersburg, Russia and we are open to support the candidates from other cities with a solid relocation bonus. We are looking for an active person who is ready to take a challenge of development and improvement of Employer brand in dynamic and fast growing IT company.


  • Managing HR brand team;
  • Development and ownership of employer brand strategy;
  • Development of three main streams of company’s Employer brand: social media, online and offline meetings and educational channel, ex. universities;
  • Analysis of existing employer brand channels and measurement of HR brand effectiveness;
  • Organization and support of online and offline employee-focused events, including corporate celebrations, professional meet ups, corporate sport challenges, employees participation in the Industry conferences, and so on;
  • Working closely with HR and Marketing Communications departments in order to create a unified HR environment;
  • Tight cooperation with HR recruitment team to attract the best people on the market.


  • Relevant experience in Employer / HR brand management in international company of more than 3- 5 years. Work experience in IT company is an plus;
  • Managerial experience with team of 2-3 people is required;
  • Fluent English, excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to work in fast changing environment and fast grooving company.
