Billing & Charging Product Manager

Saint-Petersburg, Moscow
We are expanding and strengthening our presence in the global BSS market, and are looking for a Product Manager to join our product team and take an active role in designing and delivering our new generation of products. As part of our product team, you will plan, define, and launch BSS solution components.


  • Lead a team and manage complex products in the BSS/OSS domain
  • Collect, interpret, and prioritize customer and market requirements
  • Manage product roadmap alignment activities with customers
  • Define and describe product functionality to offer customer value to the market
  • Prepare business plans, release planning, and pricing for management approval
  • Collaborate with other departments on product features, USPs, customer needs, and usage
  • Contribute to Customer Advisory Board meetings
  • Prepare and conduct product presentations for customers
  • Support sales- and product-oriented activities on accounts
  • Clearly formulate requirements, ideas, and tasks
  • Promote visions to various stakeholders within the company, representing the voice of the customer for one or more products in the portfolio
  • Track competitors and constantly provide input on how to differentiate products and create sustainable competitive advantages in the marketplace
  • Behave and act as a senior manager


  • Product management experience (ideally 5+ years) in the revenue management domain (Billing & Charging)
  • In-depth knowledge of the telecoms revenue management domain: prepaid/postpaid, charging, billing and collection processes, complex charging schemes
  • Thorough understanding of telco solutions businesses and market
  • In-depth knowledge of eTOM business processes (like Order to cash, Lead to cash) and B2B product companies
  • Advanced technical understanding
  • Very strong client-facing and consensus building skills
  • Fluency in English

Optional Requirements:

Previous experience of working with BSS solutions from several different vendors would be a huge plus!
